Yes, you can book tickets at the door. Online and telephone ticket sales end about an hour before the show starts, tickets are then available at the theatre when you arrive.

We tend to not know the running time of a particular performance until the rehearsals have been completed. Performances are generally no more than two and a half hours long. Please ask the Box Office team when your tickets are scanned for performance end times.

For all YMCA Productions, we offer a 10% discount. A lot of our hirers offer similar 10% discounts. Shows which have a discount available are marked with a blue badge stating “Blue Light Discount”.

Discounts are available to:

  • Blue Light Workers
  • NHS Staff
  • Members of the Armed Services

Discounts are also available to all the above if there is a badge stating NHS discount only.

To claim the discount, book your tickets as normal and use the code “NHS” at the checkout. Please make sure that you bring an ID badge or similar to the theatre.

We can not refund or resend tickets that are lost in the post.

When you arrive at the theatre visit the box office who will be able to re-print your tickets for you, we don’t charge for this service.
